The establishment of the specialized department of "Property and Registration Law" was approved at the meeting of the Council of the Institute of Comparative Law on February 15, 2021. Department of Property and Registration Law is the eighth specialized department of the Institute of Comparative Law, University of Tehran.

The Department of  Property and Registration Law has started its activities in the middle of February with the presence of professors and researchers in the field of property and registration law
